Cancellation & Refund Policy – Thoracic Society of Bihar

The Thoracic Society of Bihar believes in maintaining transparency and fairness in all membership processes.

🔹 Membership Rules

  • Each individual is eligible to apply for only one membership. Multiple memberships for the same person will not be accepted.

  • Membership applications must be accompanied by all required documents (such as ID proof, professional details, and other supporting papers).

  • After payment, membership will be considered “pending” until documents are verified and the application is formally approved by the Society.

  • If the submitted documents are incomplete, invalid, or fail verification, the Society reserves the right to cancel the membership application.

🔹 Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are strictly non‑refundable once payment has been made.

  • In case of cancellation due to invalid or missing documents, the membership will not be approved and the fee will not be refunded.

  • Refunds are applicable only for event registrations or merchandise purchases (if any), subject to the conditions mentioned separately.

🔹 General Conditions

  • Members are expected to provide accurate and authentic information during registration.

  • The Society reserves the right to reject or cancel any membership application found to be in violation of these rules.

  • Approved members will receive official confirmation and documentation from the Society.
